P\u0159esto se mnoh\u00e9 z n\u00e1s pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s pochybnostmi, n\u00edzk\u00fdm sebev\u011bdom\u00edm a pocitem, \u017ee nejsme dost dobr\u00e9. Spole\u010dnost, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a m\u00e9dia na n\u00e1s \u010dasto vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed tlak, abychom spl\u0148ovaly ur\u010dit\u00e9 ide\u00e1ly kr\u00e1sy a \u00fasp\u011bchu. Jen\u017ee opravdov\u00e1 sebel\u00e1ska neznamen\u00e1 perfektn\u00ed vzhled nebo dosa\u017een\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9ho spole\u010densk\u00e9ho standardu.
